It was only a matter of time. On Tuesday, Laila Edwards scored her first career Olympic goal, helping lead USA women’s hockey to a dominant 5-0 win over Canada. The Cleveland Heights, Ohio, native scored the final goal of the game on a breakaway wrist shot over the right shoulder of Canadian goaltender Ann-Renee Desbiens with 8:07 remaining in the third period.
