🌸 Steps of Ghusl after Periods: 1. Make Niyyah (intention) in your heart Intend that you are performing ghusl to purify yourself from menstruation (haidh). You don’t have to say it out loud, just keep it in your heart. 2. Say “Bismillah” Before starting in heart not loud 3. Wash your private parts Thoroughly clean the private area to remove any impurity. 4. Do Wudu (ablution) Perform wudu like you do for prayer. You can delay washing the feet until the end of ghusl if water collects under you.
